RIPPLeFFECT: Leading from the Core

A stone tossed into a still pond creates ripples that appear to go on indefinitely. Likewise, a leader has the same effect, both positive and negative, on their surroundings and the people they influence. The core characteristics of a leader—the center of the ripple—separate the “good” bosses from the “bad” bosses. It’s within the core that true leadership develops and grows.

Brian Townley, inspiring author and speaker, has created a powerful leadership session to equip industry leaders with the strategies and techniques to become highly successful and exceptional leaders in the workplace. His message is based on his book RIPPLeFFECT: Leading from the Core. He shares his own leadership journey, the challenges, the successes and the epiphanies that inspire him to pursue his own purpose and passions.

Townley also shares insights into how leaders can expand their ripple effect and leave lasting impressions that encourage success. From finding balance as a leader to facing their fears, Townley believes that leaders aren’t born, they are developed. One thing is for certain: Our impact as leaders is never neutral.
